With its stunning coastline, it is easy to believe that the 80 coves and bays, each known for their singular beauty and warm crystal clear waters, means Ibiza has more beaches per square mile than anywhere else. It is hard to talk about Ibiza without mentioning the incredible music scene! Even apart from the evolution of the famous house music and EDM scene which has been booming and growing for the past 50 years, the island has an extremely strong musical identity and has been a source of inspiration for artists. Local musicians play at the hippy markets and in the village squares, while the unique style of Balearic reggae is played in the beach bars and markets, in addition to the many concerts played by world famous DJs and musicians in open air venues such as the port and purpose built concert hotels with performance stages and outdoor dancefloors.
